Kisspeptin-10 10mg
Kisspeptin-10 is a short-chain peptide derived from the naturally occurring kisspeptin family of signalling peptides. Kisspeptin has attracted considerable scientific interest because of its role within the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, one of the body’s central reproductive hormone signalling systems.
Kisspeptin signalling is associated with regulation of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), which subsequently influences luteinising hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH).
Kisspeptin-10 Research Areas & Potential Benefits
- Reproductive hormone signalling research
- GnRH pathway research
- LH and FSH response research
- Male and female reproductive-function research
- Fertility and reproductive endocrinology research
- HPG-axis research
- Neuroendocrine signalling research
How Kisspeptin-10 Works
Kisspeptin interacts with the kisspeptin receptor, commonly known as KISS1R.
Activation of this pathway can stimulate GnRH neurons within the hypothalamus. GnRH subsequently communicates with the pituitary gland, influencing LH and FSH release.
This upstream signalling mechanism makes Kisspeptin particularly interesting in research examining the body’s endogenous reproductive hormone network.
Suggested Research Usage & Protocol Guidance
Please note: The following represents commonly referenced research/anecdotal protocol information and should not be interpreted as an established clinical dosing recommendation. This is not medical advice.
Commonly Referenced Research Structure
Lower reference amount
- Approximately 100 mcg
- Every other day
Moderate reference amount
- Approximately 200 mcg
- Every other day
Some non-clinical protocols cycle Kisspeptin rather than using it indefinitely. There is not an established clinical rule requiring an off-period equal to the preceding cycle, so this should be regarded as an anecdotal research convention rather than a validated requirement.
Approximate Insulin Syringe Reference
When a 10 mg vial is reconstituted with 2 mL bacteriostatic water:
- 2 units = approximately 100 mcg
- 4 units = approximately 200 mcg
At 100 mcg per administration, a 10 mg vial contains approximately 100 portions.
At 200 mcg per administration, a 10 mg vial contains approximately 50 portions.

Storage & Handling
Unopened lyophilised Kisspeptin-10 should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Following reconstitution, refrigerated storage at approximately 2–8°C is generally used in research environments.
Use appropriate sterile handling procedures and minimise unnecessary exposure to heat and repeated temperature fluctuations.
Independent Laboratory Testing
Every batch is accompanied by independent laboratory testing to verify identity and purity. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available to provide additional confidence in the quality and consistency of each research peptide supplied by Peptigenics Labs.
