Order Processing
At Peptagenics Labs, we aim to process and dispatch all confirmed orders as efficiently as possible.
Orders will only be processed once full payment has reflected as cleared in our bank account. Please note that payment notifications or proof of payment do not constitute cleared funds.
Once payment has cleared, orders are typically prepared and dispatched within approximately 48–72 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of high demand, promotions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may vary slightly.
Customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details once the order has been collected by the courier.
Packaging & Temperature Protection
All orders are securely packaged to help protect product integrity during transit.
Where applicable, products are shipped in insulated thermal packaging and may include cooling protection packs to assist with temperature stability during transportation. Packaging methods may vary depending on product type, destination, weather conditions, and courier requirements.
While every reasonable effort is made to maintain suitable shipping conditions, customers acknowledge that temporary fluctuations during transit may occur and are outside of our direct control once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
Shipping & Delivery
We partner with reputable courier providers for nationwide delivery across South Africa.
Estimated delivery times provided by couriers are guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Remote delivery areas
- Courier operational delays
- Load shedding or infrastructure disruptions
- Customs or regulatory inspections (where applicable)
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon successful collection or delivery confirmation by the courier provider.
Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect customer information.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect delivery information, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders subject to applicable administrative, handling, and shipping deductions where necessary.
Liability Disclaimer
While we take extensive care in packaging and dispatching orders securely, Peptagenics Labs cannot guarantee courier transit times or accept liability for delays, damages, losses, temperature deviations, or issues arising after parcels have been transferred to the courier service.
Customers are encouraged to inspect parcels promptly upon arrival and report any shipping-related concerns within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
